Barbara Mori

Barbara Mori Ochoa was born in Maxicano-Uruguay. She is a model and actress. Her career began as a model but later became an acclaimed TV actress. Her birthplace was in Montevideo on February 2, 1978. She is of a mixed background, Japanese and Uruguayan heritage. She has two siblings, one brother and a sister. Yuyi Mori (her mother) and Rosario Ochoa (her father) are her parents. Barbara's mother and father divorced after Barbara turned 3 years of age. Barbara was a part of her childhood living in Mexico as well as Uruguay before settling in Mexico City. The model career she began in a very unexpected way. Barbara was working as waitress in the age of barely 14. Marcos Toledo spotted her, and invited her as a model. Sergio Mayer, whom she first came across when she was just nineteen, is her husband. The couple have never been married but share one son. Barbara learnt acting in El Centro De Estudios De Formasion Actoral. She first made an acting debut through a television show Al Norte Del Corazon. Tric Tac is the sitcom. Mirada De Me was also a part of her. Barbara has appeared in films such as Viento en Contra Spanish Beauty Robots Pretendiendo, Inspiracion and others. Rakesh Rosshan who is an Indian film director, starred Barbara in Kites alongside Hrithik. The filming was done throughout New Mexico, Los Angeles as well as Las Vegas. Kites didn't do very great at the box office which was released in 2010.
